Delivery & Shipping

Shipping is FREE on orders over £450. Orders below is a flat rate of £6 to the UK ONLY MAINLAND.  For BT, IOM, IOW, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Shetlands and Orkney postcodes please contact team@alfano.co.uk / 01256 474067.  We use Royal Mail / Parcelforce / DHL for larger items including tracking and on-line POD with GPS locations.

We can ship globally using DHL / UPS. If you need a quote send a mail to team@alfano.co.uk  

Received Damaged - You have 7 days to notify us of any goods received damaged where the Proof Of Delivery has been signed as damaged (Claused) when received.

Shipping General Terms

1. Our shipping terms. (RHA Terms and Conditions Apply)
2. We do ship to mainland Europe or Rest of the World. Goods are shipped DAP and receiver is responsible for any import taxes.
3. Shipping to Ireland and Northern Ireland. UK VAT Tax will be applied, and any customs charges will apply.
4. For Ireland we will need your EORI Number if its a business or your PS / Passport number if its a private sale. All shipping is DAP so the buyer is liable for the import clearance fee.
