Returns & Repairs

REPAIRS

All repairs must be sent with full name, address, mobile and email address in the box. We cannot be held responsible for delays if not supplied. 


We are certified by The Alfano Factory to replace outer screens and batteries. Damaged LCD have to be replaced at the factory. 


Warranty Repairs

The team here will determine if its a warranty repair or payable. Smashed devices (Crash Damage) are not warranty and will go back to the factory at customers expense. Please supply as much information as possible when making a return plus Full Names and Address, Email, Mobile, and Our Invoice No. If not purchaed from us then return to the point of sale. 


Loan Equipment

If you have purchased from us directly at the track or via this web site we might be able to supply a loan unit on dash units that have to be repaied under warrenty at the factory. This depends on if we have a dash available. This is done on you break it you will have to pay for it. 


RETURNS

Where we have correctly supplied a product as ordered from RG Racing Limited, but find it is not the one you really needed, you may return it at your cost for exchange or a refund. It must be returned with the factory packaging un damaged. All returns must be sent with full name, address, mobile and email address in the box on a Signed For Service. We cannot be held responsible for delays if not supplied. 


If you require refund instead of exchange, there is a returns handling charge (usually 15%) to cover a factory reinstall, product check and stores costs. This charge is waived if the value of the return is offset against another order. 


We cannot accept goods where they have been used or opened and soiled. If returned as not working and there is nothing wrong then there is a returns handling charge (usually 15%) to cover a factory reinstall, product check and stores costs. 


The original invoice must accompany the goods returned and be within 1 month of purchase. Every effort is made to process returns as quickly and efficiently as possible, though in busy periods this could take up to 2 weeks after receipt.
