Returns

Where we have correctly supplied a product as ordered, but find it is not the one you really needed, you may return it for exchange or a refund at your cost


If you require refund instead of exchange, there is a returns handling charge (usually 15%) to cover a factory reinstall, product check and stores costs. This charge is waived if the value of the return is offset against another order. 


We cannot accept goods where they have been used or opened and soiled. The original invoice must accompany the goods returned and be within 1 month of purchase. Every effort is made to process returns as quickly and efficiently as possible, though in busy periods this could take up to 2 weeks after receipt. 


Please supply as much information as possible when making a return ie Full Names and Address, Invoice No, reason for return etc, otherwise a delay may be incurred.
