RETURNS
Where we have correctly supplied a product as ordered, but find it is not the one you really needed, you may return it for exchange or a refund at your cost.
All returns must be sent with full name, address, mobile and email address in the box. We cannot be held responsible for delays if not supplied.
If you require refund instead of
exchange, there is a returns handling charge (usually 15%) to cover a
factory reinstall, product check and stores costs. This charge is
waived if the value of the return is offset against another order.
We cannot accept goods where they have
been used or opened and soiled. If returned as not working and there
is nothing wrong then there is a returns handling charge (usually

The original invoice must accompany the
goods returned and be within 1 month of purchase. Every effort is
made to process returns as quickly and efficiently as possible,
though in busy periods this could take up to 2 weeks after receipt.
Please supply as much information as
possible when making a return ie Full Names and Address, Invoice No,
reason for return etc, otherwise a delay may be incurred.
REPAIRS

Warranty Repairs
The team here will determine if its a warranty repair or payable. Smashed devices (Crash Damage) are not warranty and will go back to the factory at customers expense.
